To reserve your event date, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. Clients may choose to either pay in full or submit 50% of the total balance to secure their event. The retainer is applied toward the total cost of services and officially confirms your booking with Hearts & Spades Event Co.

Retainer Fee

A 10% gratuity per bartender will be added unless a tip jar is permitted at the event. If a tip jar is allowed, no additional 10% gratuity will be charged.

  • At Hearts and Spades Event Co., we believe bartending is more than just pouring drinks—it’s about creating an experience your guests will remember. Our team focuses on professionalism, presentation, and smooth service so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

  • Getting started is simple. Submit an inquiry through our Request a Quote page with your event details, guest count, location, and preferred services. From there, we’ll review your needs and help guide you toward the best package for your event.

  • No. Because Tennessee operates as a dry-hire state for mobile bartending, alcohol must be purchased directly by the client. We can, however, help estimate quantities and assist with alcohol coordination for your event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday events, and peak celebration seasons. Earlier booking helps secure your date and allows more time for planning details.

  • Hearts & Spades Event Co. proudly serves Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Travel outside of the immediate area may be available depending on the event location and details.

  • Package pricing is based on the level of service selected, while add-on pricing may vary depending on guest count, service duration, travel, setup needs, and the overall scope of the event. Every quote is customized to fit the event.

  • Yes. We offer mocktail service and other non-alcoholic beverage add-ons so every guest can enjoy a thoughtful drink experience, whether they are drinking alcohol or not.
